I don't know if I would call Kevin Hart a legend. I think the difference between him and comedians I would consider legendary is that they found ways to elevate their comedy. Chris Rock has had some lackluster specials as well, but he continues to workshop his stuff and return stronger. Hart doesn't even seem willing to listen.
